Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Please make sure that all contact information is accurate and up to date at the time of registration. By participating in the Auction, Bidders agree to all terms and conditions of the sale. Bidders must be of majority age in the state of Nebraska (age 19) at the time of registration with NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not register and/or bid if you do not meet all requirements.

Auctioneer reserves the right to change the order of sale. We cannot be responsible for malfunctions of cell phones or internet connection. The Auctioneer's decision to the winning bidder and hammer amount is final. Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
